１、 indoor spots

• 意味：屋内の見どころ／施設（美術館、博物館、水族館、ショッピングモール等）

• 使い方：weatherトークと相性◎

• 例文：

It’s raining. Do you prefer indoor spots?

「雨ですね。屋内スポットのほうがいいですか？」

• 言い換え：indoor attractions / indoor activities / indoor places

• 対比：outdoor spots（屋外スポット）

2、 recommendations nearby

• 意味：「近くのおすすめ（はありますか）」

• 語順のポイント：

名詞＋副詞の語順で自然（= recommendations が中心、nearby が「近くで」を後置修飾）。

＝ any nearby recommendations と同義。どちらもOK。

• 例文：

Any recommendations nearby?

「近くでおすすめはありますか？」

Do you have any nearby recommendations for lunch?

「近場のランチのおすすめはありますか？」

• 言い換え：places you recommend around here / good spots around here

３、across the street

• 意味：通りの向かい側（道路をはさんで反対側）

• 使い方：場所案内の定番。指さし＋一言で通じる。

The museum is across the street.

「美術館は通りの向かいです。」

• 似た表現：

opposite（英寄り、看板や地図文言でよく見る）

right across the street（すぐ向かい）

across from ~（〜の向かい）

• 例文：

The museum is across from the station.

「美術館は駅の向かいです。」
